At Share Hold Promociones, we are building a series of developments with detached villas and residential complexes in the southern Costa Blanca. All our porjects have a common theme: they are developed in the second line of the Mediterranean coast. This combines peace and quality of life that a detached villa offers, with excellent communications to reach the beach in a matter of minutes, or a city centre, all with a wide range of nearby services and amenities - two large commercial centres and many smaller local shops are within easy reach, as well as traditional local markets.

The Ciudad Quesada development project commenced in 1972, thanks to the ambitious dream of the founder, Don Justo Quesada Samper: to build, from the ground up, a city to encompass the growing amount of residential tourists that the Costa Blanca was receiving.
Thousands of European citizens supported the first great project of the founder's company, making it a true model of residential planning, with forward thinking amenities, unthinkable at the time, such as a golf course and an airport for light aircraft.
Now, in the 21st century, Ciudad Quesada is a national reference, one of the first developments in Spain, with over 15,000 homes built on 10 million slqre metres of land, with areas still in development. It also has an impressive offer of services and amenities that are available all year round: 9 banks, large supermarkets, two health centres, a petrol station, a water park, 5 small supermarkets, town hall offices, a school, a post office, bars, restaurants and the La Marquesa golf course.
The cordial atmosphere between the thousands of residents, from a miriad of nationalities, has strengthened their collective character. It is, in fact, the only development that celebrates its own local Fiesta every August, with the help of the Rojales town hall.
Another very successful residential area is La marina. A developement located between San Fulgencio and Elche, with all the services and ameities that only a mature residential area can offer (supermarkets, banks, shops, restaurants, etc...).
Our plots are located in the higher area of the development, a short drive away from La Marina's four excellent beaches. The plots are very spacious and we can build a completely bespoke villa for you.
La Marina offers quality, accessible beaches, surrounded by sand dunes and pine groves. Some of the more well known local beaches are El Pinet, La Marina, Les Pesqueres and El Rebollo.
