For 4 decades, we have been building made to measure villas, designed to the the tastes of our clients. Our intentions have always been to invite our clients to participate in the design of their home, choosing materials, the orientation of the plot, and all the make a house your home. Personalisation is our defining feature that sets us apart from the competition: the client is the main decision maker.

Starting from our standard models, or creating new architectural concepts, we model your ideal home under the supervision of our technical team of architects and draughtsmen. This way we can modify the layout, add or move elements and create aesthetic spaces consistent with our client’s tastes, the only limit being the local building regulations.

We are also very concious of the importance of finishes: our clients visit our materials showroom to choose between a wide range of colours and textures of tiles, kitchen and bathroom fittings, doors, cupboard finishes, etc… that will define the look and feeling of their home.

The Share Hold Promociones project is another step in this direction; we maintain the same pholosophy of encouraging our clients to make the decisions regarding their home and personalising everything, but with a new range of modern designs, materials and concepts: rectangular shaped houses, large windows, optimal light and space management, landscaped residential complexes with communal swimming pool, all with a reasonable and affordable price.
